Stay strong like RBG

We’re going to buy The RBG Workout: How She Stays Strong…and You can Too! on October 3.

The new book will feature illustrations of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who’s 84, doing all of the exercises in her routine—including push-ups and core-strengthening planks.

Since 1999, Ginsburg has been training twice a week for an hour with a trainer, The Dallas Morning News reported in its June 3, 2017, issue.

Good for RBG! May we all be as strong as she is when we’re 84.
