“When will there be enough women on the Supreme Court?” a BBC reporter asked Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg recently month on National Public Radio.
“When there are nine women,” R.B.G. answered, smiling and explaining that for too many years there were nine men on the court.
