Keep track of what you’re doing

I was complaining to my husband this morning that I get lots of things done, but I have some important goals that I am not accomplishing.

He reminded me that I recently lost a couple of pounds being compulsive and writing down everything I eat.

“Why don’t you keep a time log?” he asked me. “Then, you would know exactly how you’re spending your time.”

It sounds like a good idea to me. I’ll keep you posted.
