As I explained in a recent blog post, I am no longer drinking diet soft drinks or putting artificial sweetener in my tea.
It might not seem like a big deal to you. But, it is a big deal to me.
I have a tendency to be addicted to food—and to drinks—diet Pepsi for a while and, most recently, diet Sunkist.
I can eat healthy foods for days. However, if I splurge and enjoy a treat—a delicious cheeseburger and lots of French fries, for example, I often return to old habits and start eating everything in sight.
I am determined to stick to my new resolution—no diet Sunkist and no artificial sweeteners. I am Resolute. And, I have succeeded for three days.
