I’m speaking up

I’ve made a goal to write at least one letter to my representatives in Washington, D.C., and Austin every week. So far, this year I’ve written 12 letters.

I’m speaking up. There’s a Latin proverb that says: “He (or she!) who is silent, when he (or she) ought to have spoken and was able to, is taken to agree.”
