More than 70 percent of American adults are overweight. That’s 155 million Americans. And, about 40 percent of them are clinically obese.
Worldwide, 2.2 billion people are overweight.
Depressing? Yes, but studies by Kevin Hall, a scientist at the National Institute of Health, and other researchers are showing that it is “biology, not simply a lack of willpower that makes it so hard to lose weight.”
They conclude, “The key to weight loss appears to be highly personalized rather than trendy diets. And, while weight loss will never be easy for anyone, the evidence is mounting that it’s possible for anyone to reach a healthy weight. People just need to find their best way there.”
We read about this research in the June 5, 2017, issue of Time magazine.

Rotating proxies speed up many online tasks, including web scraping, data mining, and security. A rotating proxy is a proxy server that sends a new IP address from the proxy pool for each connection. That means you can start a script to send 10,000 requests to any number of sites and get 10,000 different IP addresses. Also, the rotating proxy has very useful backlink nodes for any pool or location-targeted IP pool. For example, for US-targeted IPs, you will be able to use a bunch of residential US proxies by connecting to one backlink node. This way proxy lists become redundant and much easier to automate everything online. SEO tools like rotating proxies api scrapebox, GSA SER, SENuke, RankerX; Scraping sites made in php, curl, python, rubi or any other language; It is optimized for brand protection, pricing intelligence, web scraping and crawling, ad validation, market research, and any other process that requires lots of different IP addresses.
