Keep working!

A French study indicates that people who delay retirement have less risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia.

Researchers reported the results of the study by INSERM, the French government health research agency, of nearly half a million people at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in Boston in July 2013, and we read about it in the Dallas Morning News.

The researchers say the study makes sense because working helps keep people physically active, socially connected and mentally challenged.
