Strength from the morning

“Take the breath of the new dawn and make it part of you. It will give you strength.”

That’s a quote from the Hopi.

I always fill better—stronger—after my early morning walk—especially in the summer when the morning air is still fresh and cool—and I know the heavy heat will blanket the air later in the day.
