Yikes! It is too hot today in Dallas for me to go on my afternoon walk. I will have to take a walk after dinner.
Of course, I complain about the weather. But, soon, it will be cooler. Soon, summer will be over.
I am reminded of a Shakespeare quote: “Summer’s lease hath all too short a date.”
