The forever diet

Michelle Funez lost 90 pounds in 1-1/2 years reports the Ladies’ Home Journal in its March 2014 issue.

Weight Watchers helped her, she says. “When I put together a healthy eating and exercise plan I asked myself, ‘Is this something I can do forever?’ I didn’t want a diet that eliminated foods. I wanted to be able to eat the occasional slice of pizza or birthday cake.”
