One thing at a time, please

Do one thing at a time and focus, advises Dr. Sandra Bond Chapman, author of a new book Make Your Brain Smarter: Increase Your Brain’s Creativity, Energy and Focus. Dr. Chapman is the founder and chief director of the Center for Brain Health at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Don’t multitask. Instead, practice the “brainpower of two,” she says in an interview for the March 5, 2013, issue of The Dallas Morning News. “When writing your to-do list, focus on the two items that are the most pivotal to your success.”
