Just do something

If you’ve made reasonable, specific, measurable resolutions, all you have to do is get started.

Do something! If you’re like me, you spend a lot of time thinking about what you’re going to do. Procrastinating. Worrying about how you’re going to accomplish your goal.

Often, I have to push myself to get started. However, once I’ve taken a few small steps toward my goal, I’m committed.

Just doing something, taking a step in the right direction helps motivate me.
