Just do it

Since my fall when I shattered my femur, I get tired at night.

I feel pretty good and have a good attitude during the day, but, at night, I sometimes get tired and discouraged. That’s when I tell my husband, Jerry: “I do not want to get up tomorrow and do all those exercises prescribed by the physical therapist and I do not want to do them four times a day.”

But, the next morning, I always feel much better. I get up and do my first set of exercises before breakfast.

Sometimes, you just do what you’re supposed to do.
