Artificial sweeteners?!

My husband mentioned the article in the newspaper and my son sent me a link to a report on the research.

Now I keep finding more information that confirms that I was right when I finally decided to stop drinking diet soft drinks and using artificial sweeteners.

Even in The Financial Times. It reported that scientists in Israel have found that exposure to saccharin, sucratose and aspartame raised blood sugar levels in mice and increased their risk of glucose intolerance. The study suggests that “sweeteners might actually alter the body’s metabolism to make weight gain more likely.”
