Make a list

During the next several weeks, we’re going to share some holiday lessons we’ve learned.

Fayteen remembered that she needed to make some changes in her insurance policy before the end of the year.

She stopped for a few minutes and made a list of everything she has to accomplish before December 31. She felt relieved.

Joy looked at her to-do list and suddenly felt overwhelmed. She stopped for a few minutes  and made a list of all the things that really don’t have to be done immediately—all of the things that can be postponed until next year. She felt relieved.

We both have found that our holiday lists help us stay a little calmer during the happy, hectic holiday season.
