Take good care of yourself

During the next several weeks, we’re going to share some holiday lessons we’ve learned.

I am not going to tell you anything that you don’t already know. However, when we’re busy buying presents, entertaining and going to holiday parties, decorating your house and cooking, and writing Christmas cards, we all sometimes forget to take care of ourselves.

You know what to do. Eat right most of the time. Take time to exercise. Get plenty of sleep. Stop to count your blessings.
